Position Overview

ITAAI is currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Customer Chat Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer support through live chat channels. As a Customer Chat Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, provide assistance, and offer product guidance.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting support for ITAAI's products and services.
  • Escalation Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system for future reference.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of ITAAI's products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer support experience.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Effectively manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of support provided meets or exceeds ITAAI's standards and customer expectations.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance technical skills and customer service abilities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and effective support.

Qualification and Requirement

  • BSc in Information Technology or relevant degree.
  • More than 1 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a tech or software company.
  • Strong written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex software applications.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations effectively.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
