I worked at IBEX for four months. I was a sales executive amd worked as a broker between the seller and the buyer. The work environment was pretty good but the compensation was not as satisfactory as I expected it to be.

IBEX has taught me a lot. It teaches you about work ethics. Gives us training to polish our skills and utilise them accordingly. When it comes to rules and regulations, it one of the best. Management is just simply amazing. They have open door policy. They believe in transparency. That is why I mentioned, they are making normal person a soldier to work anywhere
Hectic place to be. Mean supervisors who clinging to their jobs since ages and play proper role to secure their positions as they know well enough they would not find no job in market outside at their age and zero caliber, same goes for majority of the management. Internal filth welcomes you upon joining that includes work politics, unfair mean salary deductions and beyond expectation manipulation of u supervisors and favorites of supervisors against few. Wrong promotions and untrustworthy organization to work at, complete waste of time with showy fancy building and fake professionalism.
Great place to work, friendly staff, good management. Benefits after 3 months and fair starting wage. Senior staff are very open to new ideas. Lots of social events to build camaraderie. Friendly people who enjoy socializing and are very knowledgeable in their roles.
Being a part of this organization, I have learnt lot about Business Process and Outsourcing, Contact Center Services, Call Center Operations Management, Recruitment, Training, Workforce, MIS, Compliance and Quality Assurance
Working at DGS was like a chewing gum. In the beginning it was sweet and full of flavor. By the time you get used to of chewing it, it becomes tasteless. Same happens in DGS ibex too. Favouritism at it's best and you don't get much sales unless you're in good terms with the managers
It started out as a pleasant looking opportunity. The pay was decent, the office was nice.
The interviews were very sudden and communication was not on emails.
They wanted me to join within 2-3 days and disregarded my reservations that i need to clear up some of my tasks before i am available for work (told me that my boss will help with it). However they requested me to still join and so i did.
Later on, they had a very negative and not helpful attitude regarding giving me a few days leave, to clear my previous pending commitments and threatened to fire me (and eventually did).
It was a massive waste of my time and ruined my mood.
I also got to see how their "recruiters" waste other people's time or even directly get insulting.
If you are not interested in politics and love your peace of mind and self-respect. This is not at all the place.
One of the worst experience I had in my life is working with ibex. Fully hypocrite environment along with favouritism and politics in Islamabad site. As far as incentives are concern. They won't provide u with it for almost 3 months and when u will as for resign they won't even clear ur remaining salary.
