I have worked with great effort and remained in a good position among professors and even patients.we were working in a good friendly conditions with helping each others and using hospital facilities. medical was free and was covering colleagues on special days etc

Its quite a productive as i work as medical officer in cardiac unit so manage cardiac emergencies.

as a medical officer i prepare morning daily progress report,give streptokinase to Acute MI patients,revert arrythmias,using DC shocks and chemical cardioversion,do cardiac monitoring,doing pericardiocentesis.Working here enables me to learn everyday,there are teaching sessions on both ecg and echo.

As a General Practitioner, I rotated in all clinical departments. My duties included history taking, general Physical examinations and primary investigations. I also performed bedside procedure under supervision of consultants. My duties consisted of twice weekly out-patients clinic, twice in-patients, and twice-weekly emergency duties and also routine management of assigned patients.
