Also update the retail census data as and when required. • Educate customers on inventory management in order to minimize the OOS (out of stock). • Address OOS (Numeric & Weighted) at retail level through stock top up activity in order to maintain required level of all PMPKL SKUs. • Update all relevant market data and information including retail dynamics, ECD and competitor intelligence to improve company understands of trade to develop appropriate strategies and plans. • Assist the Area Communication Manager in achieving objectives including SOM and communication related targets as set in the Sales Cycle Plan. • Develop and manage relationships with trade directly and leverage these relationships to capitalize on business growth opportunities and to achieve smooth execution of the Cycle Plan activities. • Negotiate with retailers for visibility rental contracts. • Communicate with vendors and monitor different tasks assigned to them. Verify estimates, purchase orders and invoices of merchandising fixtures. • Ensure timely and efficient implementation of the Cycle Plan through executing the in-market activitiesmore... including the TPOSM, PPOSM deployment and evaluate and report on execution versus objectives to measure results versus targets. • Manage a team of poster men, merchandisers, and brand ambassadors for in-field activities. • Ensure visibility in the PMPKL merchandising fixtures as per the plan-o-gram and educate retailer on changes in plan-o-gram from time to time, ensure that the complaints regarding the merchandising maintenance are being timely communicated and rectified. • Ensure that the DCC (direct consumer contact) targets are being achieved. • Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities to comply with PMPKL policies and procedures, including local and federal laws, PMI COC and Marketing Code.less
