• Assist the ASM in achieving objectives including SOM numbers & communication related targets as per the Sales Cycle Plan, and
assist him in distribution management.
• Manage a team of salesmen and merchandisers to maintain sales, coverage and communication according to the trade
• Execute communication strategy at Key Accounts, Wholesale, and General Trade outlets as per the approved plan. Also update
the retail census data as and when required.
• Educate customers on inventory management in order to minimize the OOS (out of stock).
• Address OOS (Numeric & Weighted) at retail level through stock top up activity in order to maintain required level of all PMPKL
• Update all relevant market data and information including retail dynamics, ECD and competitor intelligence to improve company
